I'm a Franco-American passionate foodie and traveller.
With French, North African, English and American roots, my family traditions are synonymous with stories, memories and a world of precious recipes. I have travelled around the world for 15 years building my passion and my knowledge of world cuisines : Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, London, Milan and now Paris.
After Economics studies at both Columbia University in New York and ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) and a marketing position at l’Oréal, I have created Voyages en cuisine in 2013 after running my privately owned cooking school “Cucina by Sophia” for 6 years in Milan.
With Voyages en cuisine, I offer :
• Cooking classes in my home or yours to learn about cuisines of Thailand, India or Italy and more… in a genuine and simple “hands-on” approach.
• Chef at home services
• Catering and planning custom-designed events: private dinners or cocktails, teambuildings, birthday parties, bachelor’s parties...
Each workshop, event or diner aperitif offers a unique experience for cook enthusiasts and well-travelled food lovers in search of authentic flavors and off the beaten track world cuisine stimulation. Passion, culture, sense of belonging and interest for food and ingredients are the key words to all my workshops and services.
